Connie Balderson was hired to replace my cleaning lady who moved away. However she does much more than clean. She deals with things that are too high for me to reach, to low for my arthritic knees to manage, and anything in between. A variety of things that I used to do myself. For example, she moves my out of season clothes between apartment and lock, has moved my computer between apartment and car, and set it up again when I took it for repair. She has driven me to and from hospital when i was not permitted to drive myself. She is good at solving technical problems and dealing with service providers on the phone. As you can see, she is versatile as well as hardworking, honest and reliable.

When my toilet overflowed - from the second floor to the main floor - Connie came, asked, saw and started straight to work. No dilly dallying around. I was so stressed but she left everything better than prior to the "mini flood". I highly recommend Connie.
