Agreement Terms

4 HOUR CLEAN RESPONSIBILITIES - 4 HOUR CLEAN WILL -

Set up the property for guest readiness as per the client instructions
Perform ongoing cleaning and maintenance at guest turnovers

OWNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES - 4 HOUR CLEAN WILL -

The Property Owner or Manager Will - *

Provide property access Invoices - Pay invoices immediately upon receipt. These are sent at the end of each cleaning. Late Payments - Pay late payments at $25 CAD for 1 day late plus $5 CAD for each day late thereafter Scheduling - Enroll in the Turno Scheduling App for cleaning scheduling and communication Property Setup - Pay $150 CAD + taxes for property set up with 4 Hour Clean Cleaning Services - Pay $58 CAD + taxes per hour for managing and tending to the cleaning needs of the property. A comprehensive list of all services can be obtained from 4 Hour Clean Subcontracting - Pay $58 CAD + taxes per hour for 4 Hour Clean to identify subcontractors for snow removal, lawn maintenance and exterior window cleaning. 4 Hour Clean does not provided these services. Waste management - Pay $500 CAD + taxes if garbage must be taken to the municipal waste facility Last Minute Late Checkout - Pay $200 CAD plus taxes for a last minute adjustment to your scheduled cleaning

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays due to causes beyond their control, such as acts of God, accidents, riots, war, terrorism, or epidemics.
