Your property is secured in our cleaning schedule. Agreement clients receive priority booking and consistent service.

Guest Readiness

We set up your property to your exact instructions — ready for every arrival, every time.

Property Monitoring

We advise on cleaning supplies on hand, note property damage, and flag repairs needed — so you always know the state of your property.

Terms & Conditions

4 Hour Clean Responsibilities

Set up the property for guest readiness as per client instructions.

Perform ongoing cleaning and maintenance at guest turnovers.

Owner & Manager Responsibilities

Property Access — Provide access to the property for all scheduled cleans.

Invoices — Pay invoices immediately upon receipt. Invoices are sent at the end of each cleaning.

Late Payments — $25 CAD for 1 day late, plus $5 CAD for each day thereafter.

Scheduling — Enrol in the Turno Scheduling App for cleaning scheduling and communication.

Property Setup — $150 CAD + taxes for initial property setup with 4 Hour Clean.

Cleaning Services — $59 CAD + taxes per hour for managing and tending to the cleaning needs of the property.

Subcontracting — $59 CAD + taxes per hour for 4 Hour Clean to identify subcontractors for snow removal, lawn maintenance, and exterior window cleaning. 4 Hour Clean does not provide these services directly.

Waste Management — $500 CAD + taxes if waste must be taken to the municipal facility.

Late Checkout — $200 CAD + taxes for a last-minute adjustment to a scheduled cleaning.

Cancellation

This agreement may be terminated by either party upon 30 days written notice.

Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including acts of God, accidents, severe weather, or other extraordinary circumstances.
